Fried Chicken with herbs


Chef: Mitchka

Ingredients 1
2 pieces of chicken wings chopped into 8 piece
2 sticks of tyme leaves - chopped
4 leaves of cinnamon basils - chopped
2 teaspoon of tumeric powder
2 teaspoon of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of all spice (Commick brand)

Ingredients 2
1 stick of celery slice narrow narrow
1 red chilli chop chop
1/2 onion chopped in cubic size

How to cook:

1. Mix all the Ingredient 1 into a bowl.
2. Let it marinate for atleast 1 hour,k.
3. Once you have patiently waited.. fried the chicken into 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
4. Add in the Ingredient 2 into the frying chicken.
5. Fry them till its cook.
6. Serve them into nice plate and enjoy it with your loves one...

Bean Curd and Vege Sizzle


Chef: Minto

Ingredient:
1 pack of bean curd (Japanese Tofu is is?)
Vege: Carrot, brocolli, coliflower, cherry tomatoes
(Its up to u whatever vege you loves k! My hubby was so excited that he just put all the vegetable he found from the fridge!)-Cut the vege according to your liking k

Mushrooms (preferable buttons!)--> but hubby got it fresh from our garden!
2 teaspoons of cornflour mixed in a glass of water
3 teaspoons of oyster sauce
1 clove of garlic - smashed it with the side knife
1 clove of big onion sliced in four
2 parts of chicken cutted in small pieces

How to cook:

1. Heat up a tablepoon of coconut oil in the pot.
2. Throw in the garlic and stir till it is brownish color.
3. Add in the the chickens.
4. Let it cook for awhile.
5. Put in the oyster sauce, stir stir.
6. Add in all the vegetables with cornflour.
7. Once they are boiling, add in the mushrooms and onions.
8. Cook till its done.
9. Serve them into nice plate and enjoy it with your loves one...

Julius Ceaser Salad


Chef: Mitchka

Ingredients:
All 3 types of salad...(sorry i dunno all its name)
Beef pepperoni
Herbs: Sweet basil
1 teaspoon of mayonaise
Cheese (i recommend that its better to use chedar cheese,ok!)
Tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Lemon squeeze
Toast bread (Well unfortunately I kindda forgot what does it called, but you can get them from the market...its in the box which is for ceaser sallad, easy to find!-No worries,k)

How to cook:
1. Add all the vege and herb together.
2. Add in the salt and pepper, beef pepperoni and mayonaise.
3. Squezzed in half lemon.
4. Stir them all slowly, unless it is in a huge bowl.
5. Spread out the cheese on top.
6. Serve them into nice plate.
7. Throw in the toast bread....and enjoy it with your loves one...

Maccaroni & Cheese with Beef


Chef: Minto

Ingredients:

1 box of instant maccaroni & cheese (We were using Kraft brand)
1/4 fresh milk
Beef pepperoni - sliced them smaller pieces
Herbs: basil leaves

How to cook it:

1. Easy!
2. Tear of the box of maccaroni. You will find there are one packets of maccaroni and the other packet is the mixture of the cheese.
3. Boil the maccaroni till it is halfboiled.
4. Strain the maccaroni from the water and put in side different pot with small fire.
5. Open the cheese mixture in the packet and add into the maccaroni.
6. Stir them all carefully.
7. Add in the milk. Stir summore!
8. Add in the beef pepperoni... Stir again!
9. Lastly add in the chopped herds.....DOne!
10. Serve them into nice plate and enjoy it with your loves one...

Grill Chicken - Hoisin Sauce


Chef: Minto

Ingredient:

2 or 3 pieces of chicken cleanly washed

Marinate into below item:
1 tablespoon of Hoisin sauce (Lee Kum Yung brand)
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 pinches of black pepper
2 pinches of salt
2 pinches of curry powder
1 tablespoon of chille sauce
1 tomato chopped
1/2 green pepper

{Let them introduce to their own juices for about 30 minutes to 1 hour}

Grill them altogether in the 180 - 200 degrees in 15 minutes until it cooked.

Serve them into nice plate and enjoy it with your loves one...

Black Pepper Beef Noodle



Chef: Mitchka

Ingredients:

1 big onion ditumbuk
1 garlic diketuk
1 packet of noodle
thick soy sauce (Kicap Mee Tamin)
light soy sauce (Maggi)
1 table spoon coconut oil
1 table spoon of chille paste.

beef - up to u how much to put in
- boil in water before slicing it.
- keep the beef stock.

vege: button mushroom, daun bawang {up to your likings}

How to cook it:

1. Tumis (Toss)onions and garlic with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.

2. Add the chillies paste into them. Stir and stir an stir.

3. Once the smells come out, add in the the light soy sauce. Wait till its boiling.

4. Add some thick soy sauce, and let it boiling as well.

5. Then add one tablespoon of black pepper. (Well.. u can add more though!)

6. Add in the sliced beef and the beef stock. Close the pan and let them compliment each other for a while.... simmers it!..

7. Add some salt and taste it. Add sum more salt if needed. Or add the light and thick sauce if required. Remember that it is a black pepper sauce... it should be black!

8. Separate the beef out in to plate.

9. Then, now add in the noodle together with all vegetables ingredients. Mix them all together now.

10. Taste them. Add salt if not salty enough. Or add some water if its too salty,ok.

11. Add in the beef together with the noodle now, stir them slowly and gently.

12. Serve them into nice plate and enjoy it with your loves one...
