Chinese Chicken Stew

Chinese chicken stew

1. Peram ayam yg dah dipotong dgn kicap manis, kicap masin and serbuk lada putih(lebih 1/2jam peram).
2. Tumis bwang putih dan halia dengan minyak bijan.
3. Masukkan ayam ngn air (byk mcm nak buat sup ayam), rebus sampai menggelegak..
4. Masuk mushroom shitake yg dah rendam dlm air panas ngn hirisan tebal bawang holland..
5. Didih masuk garam kup rase...

Salmon Fried Rice

1. Cut salmon into cubes.
2. Put in 2 cuts of butter in pan, butter depending on amount of rice.
3. Heat ups fire till butter melted.
4. Throw in some salt to avoid percikan minyak panas. 
5. Add in salmon, stir them till its cooked.
6. Pinch some peppers.
7. Move the fish to the sides, add in the cooked rice, preferably the room temp rice.
8. Stir all together and add Lee Kum Kee selected light soy sauce.
9. Stirr well and some salt if needed or maybe not.
10. Add some spinash leaves...

lamb toma nonna

Lamb must be fried on pan with pepper first.
On big pot, simmer the chopped onions and garlic.
Add canned tomatoes with mix herbs and bay leaves and water to boil lamb.
Leave slow fire in 2hrs..
Salt for taste.
