2. Put in 2 cuts of butter in pan, butter depending on amount of rice.
3. Heat ups fire till butter melted.
4. Throw in some salt to avoid percikan minyak panas.
5. Add in salmon, stir them till its cooked.
6. Pinch some peppers.
7. Move the fish to the sides, add in the cooked rice, preferably the room temp rice.
8. Stir all together and add Lee Kum Kee selected light soy sauce.
9. Stirr well and some salt if needed or maybe not.
10. Add some spinash leaves...
