Lamb Shank


Chef: Minto

Ingredients:
2 lambs
Few tablespoon of Bovril
Few table spoon of oyster sauce
Few tablespoon of salty soy sauce
Few tablespoon of chilli sauce
Few tablespoon of black pepper
2 cloves of garlic - smashed
Herbs: Oregano, Thyme, Sweet Basils

How to make it:
  1. Marinate the whole ingredients for one nite.
  2. Fry in pan wid butter until its brownish.
  3. Bake and grill in oven 40 minutes in 180d Celsius!
