Lexie Udon Soup
Soup Ingredients1. Sliced Chicken (preferably chicken chooped)
2. Red Onion sliced same serving as chicken
3. Carrots
4. White Pepper
5. Hot Water
6. Salt as taste
Udon
1. Open packet of fresh udon.
2. Let it soaked into hot boiled water.
3. Drain out the water with a strainer.
4. Chuck it into a bowl.
Prep
Sate the red onions slightly with very little cooking oil and add in the chickens.
Let the chicken fully cooked and slightly brownish.
Add water and let it simmer awhile.
As it boiling add in the carrots with pepper.
Add water more for soups and add in salt.
Taste it good..........
Scoop out into a bowl of udon.... wallaaaweyy
p/s. One of those days when Lexie is picky eater... phew she's loving it.
