Ribs Beef Stew Thermy

1. Marinate ribs with pepper nutmeg, cinnomon powder and salt. (Future try get cayyene n papprika powder too)

2. In thermy sautte onions in 3min/120c/sp2.

3. Add in the marinated ribs with thyme leaves, 7mins/120c/spoon/reverse.

4. Add chuck tomatoes, yellow onions, grated blackpepper, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, water not exceeding max level, ketchup; 1hr/veroma/spoon reverse.

1. Sup
A. Bawang besar 1 hiris2
B. Bawang putih 3 ketuk
C. Kayu manis byk2 sgt, bunga lawang n pelaga
D. Blend 1kg tomatoes for 2 kg beras
E. Masuk together tu tumis in olive oil
F. Masukkan air n daging rebus

2. Sup letak dalam nasi yg dilayer with daging yg direbus masak from pot to rice cooker

Sambal
1. Tomatoes chopped
2. Daun ketumbar
3. Perah lemon
4. Abit of olive oil

3. Kicap, fish oil, weichester sauce
5. Bay leave, with a lot of italian parsley

1. Onions and garlic in 4mins/90d/rv/sp3.

2. 60mins/v/rv/sp1 below items:
A. Beef cut in cubes
B. 2 Tomatoes
C. 3 serangkai thinggy smallest size
D. Salt n papper
E. Beef stocks

3. While in no.2, at 30mins add in:
A. Potatoes cut in cube
B. Celery
C. Sweet basil leaves
D. Corn starch
And cont the no.2 processing.

1. Blend sp8 (check till its all fine)
A. Big onion the red color 1 whole
B. Garlic 2 ulas
C. Ginger 1 inch
D. Cumin 1 inch
E. Tomatoes 2 big ones
F. Red chilie 2

2. Add in tablespoon of cooking oil
3. 7mins/100/reverse/sp5
4. Add in palm sugar, salt and air assam (measurements are still estimation of 2 cups)
7. 3mins/V/reverse/spoon
8. Add fish (talapia cutted in half)
8. 2mins/V/reverse/spoon

Iddin Chinese chicken stew

Chinese Style Chicken Stew Thermomix

Ingredient A
70g to 100g thinly sliced ginger
5 cloves garlic sliced
20g sesame oil

Ingredient B
8 wings separate the drummets
100g light soy sauce
10g dark soy sauce
1 tsp ground white pepper

Ingredient C
100g water
1/2 tsp salt
4 potatoes cut into half
1 yellow onion cut into 1” cube

Method:
1.  Add ingredient A into Tm bowl and sauté for 4 mins/120c/sp1
2.  Add ingredient B, sauté for 5 mins/120c/reverse spoon; sp1
3.  Add ingredient C, cook for 10mins/V/reverse spoon.  Let the stew rest for 5 minutes before serving.  Add in spring onions.
