Iddin Chinese chicken stew

Chinese Style Chicken Stew Thermomix

Ingredient A
70g to 100g thinly sliced ginger
5 cloves garlic sliced
20g sesame oil

Ingredient B
8 wings separate the drummets
100g light soy sauce
10g dark soy sauce
1 tsp ground white pepper

Ingredient C
100g water
1/2 tsp salt
4 potatoes cut into half
1 yellow onion cut into 1” cube

Method:
1.  Add ingredient A into Tm bowl and sauté for 4 mins/120c/sp1
2.  Add ingredient B, sauté for 5 mins/120c/reverse spoon; sp1
3.  Add ingredient C, cook for 10mins/V/reverse spoon.  Let the stew rest for 5 minutes before serving.  Add in spring onions.
