1. Beras 2 1/2 cup
- washed, tossed
2. Water 3 cup (same cup as beras)
3. Bawang tumbuk
4. Halia tumbuk
5. Kayu manis, bunga lawang, cengkih, pelaga
6. Butter n olive oil
7. Susu cair
8. Serai
How to do it:
1. On hot pan melt butter and add on olive oil.
2. Stir up bawang and halia well.
3. Add in no.5.
4. Add in water no.2
5. Add all from pan into rice cooker pot with serai plus rice.
6. Add salt.
7. Stir gently.
8. Wait till dry to add susu cair and water(if it looks too hard or not cooked)
9. Wait n taste... hope kids loving it agian n again...
