1. Wash the cut fishes.
2. Salt all over fishes.
3. Chopped: Ginger and garlic.
4. Spread garlic n ginger on top the fishes with assam boi, fish oil tomatoes and chinese parsley.
5. Steam in thermomix under 15mins/v/ sp1 with 400g water underneath.
