Triffle Ema

Resepi trifle

1.Base...sponge kek...or kek rolls tu pun bole
2. Pastu layer kedua...kastard.
3. Masak susu cair satu tin...cmpur air dr fruit cocktail + gula + custard....api kecik....kacau smpai pekat.
Gula & custard tu 2 sudu besar
Custard dah siap ...letak atas kek...tunggu jap...
4. Letakkan fruitcocktail tu....tabur2...
5. Last sekali jelly. Pkai serbuk jelly je..strawberry yg plg sedap....

Mee Goreng Happy Tummy

Ingredients
1. Blended bawang merah, abit bawang putih, fresh tomatoes.
2. Soak shitake mushrooms in bowl.
3. Chicken
4. Prawn (peeled)
5. Yellow noodle
6. Thick, light n noodle Soya Sauce
7. Pinch of black pepper
8. Vegetables - sawi

How to cook
1. Boil water n soak yellow noodle n strain it from oil.
2. Heat up the wok and add in some oil.
3. Add in the bleeded ingredients and stir them till it cooked or smells.
4. Add in chicken and stir fry till it cooked.
5. Add in mushrooms.
6. Add in all sauces.
7. Some salt n pepper.
8. Add prawns.
9. Mix in noodles and let it all blended in.

Baked Mac n Cheese ala2 malas

Ingredient

1. Maccaroni boiled
2. Cutted small slices of chicken
3. Mix herbs
4. Black pepper
5. Garlic
6. Mozarella cheese grated
7. Cheddar cheese grated
8. Parmesan cheese
9. Aluminium foil to bake

How I did it

1. Saute garlic with olive oil or vege oil.
2. Add in chicken and cook it well.
3. Add mix herbs and pepper.
4. Let it dry abit and add in mozarella and cheddar. Stirr till cheese melt.
5. Done. Scoup it out into aluminium foil. Drizzle some gratter parmesan cheese.

Meatballs

Ingredients:

1. Minced meat
2. Chopped onions tumis
3. Chopped carrots tumis
4. Black pepper
5. Cinnamon powder
6. Salt
7. Sugar
8. Breadcrumb
9. 1 egg

How to do it:

1. Tumis itemed with oil or butter.
2. Then processed all ingredients.
3. Ball it manually lorr.
4. Fry it on non-stick pan witout oil.
*bake need some improvement

Breakfast 1.0

How to do it?

Toss into hot pan;
1. Fried cut bringal
2. Chopped garlic
3. Cerry tomatoes
4. Fresh oyster mushrooms

Drizzle some olive oil, black pepper and salt.

Top it with parsley.

Fish Ball Soup Noodle

Fish Ball Soup Noodle

How to do it:

1. Stir roughly chopped garlic into tablespoon of vegetable oil.
2. Add in the fish ball and stir again.
3. Add hot water.
4. Add anchovies into boiling soup.
5. Add small pinch of white pepper powder.
6. Add cut cabbages.
7. Add salt and some sugar for taste.
8. Meanwhile, yellow noodle is soaked into hot water, then washed them and tapis it.

Lexie Udon Soup

Soup Ingredients

1. Sliced Chicken (preferably chicken chooped)
2. Red Onion sliced same serving as chicken
3. Carrots
4. White Pepper
5. Hot Water
6. Salt as taste

Udon

1. Open packet of fresh udon.
2. Let it soaked into hot boiled water.
3. Drain out the water with a strainer.
4. Chuck it into a bowl.

Prep

Sate the red onions slightly with very little cooking oil and add in the chickens.
Let the chicken fully cooked and slightly brownish.
Add water and let it simmer awhile.
As it boiling add in the carrots with pepper.
Add water more for soups and add in salt.
Taste it good..........
Scoop out  into a bowl of udon.... wallaaaweyy

p/s. One of those days when Lexie is picky eater... phew she's loving it.
