Nasi Arab Daging Ungku Lalita

1. Sup
A. Bawang besar 1 hiris2
B. Bawang putih 3 ketuk
C. Kayu manis byk2 sgt, bunga lawang n pelaga
D. Blend 1kg tomatoes for 2 kg beras
E. Masuk together tu tumis in olive oil
F. Masukkan air n daging rebus

2. Sup letak dalam nasi yg dilayer with daging yg direbus masak from pot to rice cooker

Sambal
1. Tomatoes chopped
2. Daun ketumbar
3. Perah lemon
4. Abit of olive oil

Steak Beef Pie

Beef prep:
1. Cut meat in cubes.
2. Onion and garlic
3. Kicap, fish oil, weichester sauce
5. Bay leave, with a lot of italian parsley

Beef prep; saute garlic with olive oil.

Beef stew thermomix

1. Onions and garlic in 4mins/90d/rv/sp3.

2. 60mins/v/rv/sp1 below items:
A. Beef cut in cubes
B. 2 Tomatoes
C. 3 serangkai thinggy smallest size
D. Salt n papper
E. Beef stocks

3. While in no.2, at 30mins add in:
A. Potatoes cut in cube
B. Celery
C. Sweet basil leaves
D. Corn starch
And cont the no.2 processing.

Assam pedas talapia for my kids

My thermomix journey

1. Blend sp8 (check till its all fine)
A. Big onion the red color 1 whole
B. Garlic 2 ulas
C. Ginger 1 inch
D. Cumin 1 inch
E. Tomatoes 2 big ones
F. Red chilie 2

2. Add in tablespoon of cooking oil
3. 7mins/100/reverse/sp5
4. Add in palm sugar, salt and air assam (measurements are still estimation of 2 cups)
7. 3mins/V/reverse/spoon
8. Add fish (talapia cutted in half)
8. 2mins/V/reverse/spoon

1. Smashed avocado with salt n pepper

4. Mayo
5. Garnish with oregano leaves from my garden of herds.
